How to track a Hyperliquid wallet
Updated 26 Oct 2026Every Hyperliquid wallet is public: its positions, trades, deposits and profit history can be read by anyone. Here is how to look one up, what each number means, and how to get told when it moves.
Look up a wallet
Wallets in our rankings have a page at /trader/ followed by the address: a plain-English summary, the
90-day perp record, a P&L curve, positions from the daily snapshot and the latest closed trades. Famous wallets have a
page under their name, for example
James Wynn or Machi Big Brother; see all
named wallets.
Hyperliquid's own explorer (app.hyperliquid.xyz/explorer) and Hypurrscan show the raw activity of any address.
What to read on a wallet page
The glossary defines every term.
Watch out for
- Spot and perps are different. A wallet can make money trading perps while its spot holdings fall. JoinEm's figures count perp trading only, the part a copier copies.
- Deposits aren't profits. Account value jumps when someone deposits. Our returns are time-weighted so deposits don't count.
- Open losses. A wallet that never closes losers can show a 90% win rate. We count open positions at today's price.
- One wallet isn't the whole trader. Big traders often hedge elsewhere, so a Hyperliquid wallet can show only part of the bet.
